| Job Description | Our client is a progressive, profitable and one of the world-leading manufacturer of coding, printing and laser marking products, fluids, and accessories for the product identification industry, automotive, pharmaceutical, printing and mailing service markets etc. They have presence in more than 100 countries and have a strong direct and distribution network With a well established client base, ambitious growth plans are in place to develop Czech market within this growing and dynamic company. The Challenge: � You will be responsible for the Country Sales through both direct and indirect channels and Profit & Loss. � You will provide the strategic leadership and management of the country’s business and growth. This may include acquisition and development of direct sales channel. In the initial stages it will involve some direct selling to customers.. � You will lead and drive sales team to hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets � Level of travel required. Travel, including some International travel, is required ranging from 5-10%. � Candidate Profile: � Sales professional who has proven success in selling capital goods (> $5,000) to the B2B market. � Demonstrable track record of success in sales in the industrial sector and ability to deliver real results. � Work experience - 5 years sales and marketing experience is essential and 3 years managerial experience. Strong market knowledge preferable. � Skills required – Proficiency in MS Office,Sales, Negotiating, Presentation/ Communication, Marketing and financial skills. Leadership and Teambuilding. � Highly professional and credible, intelligent, excellent communicator, develops effective relationships. � A strong commercial and business acumen, good team player able to take responsibility and be accountable. � Must possess real passion, drive and vision, be able to make things happen and have good attention to detail and be hands on whilst maintaining a strategic perspective.
