1.General

By using the CzechAddress you are fully accepting the terms&conditions. If you do not accept these Terms& Conditions you must stop using the Website.

1.2.The acceptance of any advertisement is entirely at the discretion of the Owner and Editors of CzechAddress (In brief: Publisher) . The Publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or to cancel any existing booking on the grounds of objectionable content, or any misuse of the service provided by the Publisher and to edit advertisements if required. We may reject or require changes to any advertisement so as to comply with legal or moral obligations placed on us or the advertiser; to avoid infringing the rights of a third party or any relevant code of practice; or to meet our published production and quality specifications.

1.3. While every effort will be made to meet the wishes of Advertisers, the Publisher does not guarantee the insertion, the position, or the colour of any particular advertisement.

1.4.Advertisements must not contain material that is deceptive, misleading, discriminatory or is or might be unlawful in any respect.

1.5. The Publisher reserves the right to dismiss, suspend, or change the position of any advertisement.

2.Legal Responsibility

2.1. The Publisher is not a contracting party to any sale transaction facilitated through this site, nor is it a sales agent or auctioneer. Publisher accept no responsibility for the accuracy, condition or suitability for use of any of the goods or services advertised in these pages. Publisher not liable for any loss or harm of any description, whether direct or indirect, suffered by any party, arising out of or in connection with any listing or transaction undertaken through CzechAddress. Readers would be advised to check the authenticity of an advertiser before parting with money.

2.2. The Customer agrees to indemnify us against all losses or costs arising directly or indirectly from publication of the material, and from any costs incurred in our making corrections or amendments in accordance with the Terms&Conditions.

2.3.The Publisher does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by

- an inaccuracy, error or omission in the publishing of the advertisement:

- for any failure to publish an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser:

- for the publication of an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser whether the actual date be earlier or later than the date or dates specified

- in respect of any loss or damage alleged to have arisen through delay in forwarding replies.

2.4. The Publisher may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that Publisher is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

2.5. While the Publisher tries to ensure that its systems are reliable, secure we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses resulting from any error, omission or inaccuracy in any advertisement, or any computer virus contamination, whether caused by its own negligence or otherwise.

2.5.The Advertiser/Advertising Agency agrees to indemnify the Publisher in respect of all costs, damages, or other charges falling upon the Website as the result of legal actions or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of the advertisement, or advertisements, published in accordance with the copy instructions supplied to the CzechAddress in pursuance of the Advertiser's/Advertising Agency's order. The Advertiser/Advertising Agency shall be responsible for checking an advertisement on each occasion that it is published.

2.6. Use of the Website is at your own risk.

2.7. To the extent permitted by law, publisher will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website

3. Posting classified ads (real estate ads, job ads, personal ads, rent, sale, flat share...)

3.1. The Website provides tools to place classified advertisements. You can post your ads under proper category or field and you agree that you will not:

Violate the terms, condition and policy

Post wrong, misleading and illegal information

Third party products

Promote bad languages or hate speech for any individual

Promote or Spread Spam, virus or pyramid schemes

Promote any illegal or terrorists activities

Post duplicate postings in different/same category or field

Send unsolicited/threatening emails or PMs(personal messages) to other users

Use multiple aliases or names or email addresses

Submit same material over and over

Use or modify other persons information

We shall try to limit the posting of prohibited ads but since we have to manually screen all the ads, we may not be able to screen all the ads posted. User of this website agrees that we will not be held liable for any of this prohibited ads under all circumstances. If you see any problems or misleading postings on the web site then please contact us using the contact page. We may take steps to keep off the fake users from the website. But we will be the ultimate decision maker to make such decision to keep or keep off the user. We do not accept any liability for monitoring CzechAddress or for illegal information on the website.

4.2. Publisher may allocate any particular listing to a category of its choosing, whether or not that category was the listing party's choice.

5. Posting limits

5.1. Registered usersfrom Prague or other parts of Czech Republic allwed to post up to 10 different personal ads (100% FREE) per month on www.CzechAddress.cz. There is no limit to the number of paid ads. To avoid scamming, publisher may charge for personal ads from other countries.

5.2. Duplicate ads or ads that are too similar to an existing ad that you have posted are not allowed, except paid ads.

6. Paid advertisements and Banners

6.1. Placing banners is a paid service.

6.2.Prices are subject to change without notification.

6.4.Non account holders must make payment at least 3 days prior to the Publishing date. Account holders must make payment during 7 days following the date of invoice/statement or as otherwise determined by the Publisher.

Refunds cannot be given on cancellations of advertisements which have already been published.

7.1.The CzechAddress servers are located in the Czech Republic. By using our service, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Publisher . You also agree to receive marketing communications from us and partners unless you send notification that you prefer not receive such communications.

8.Copyright notices

8.1.The names, images and logos identifying Publisher or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright. Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this web site are owned or licensed to CzechAddress.

The  Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the CzechAddress are protected by copyright, patents, trade marks and other intellectual property rights and laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or otherwise use Publisher content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8.2. Publisher does not claim ownership of any materials you post, upload or submit to any publicly accessible area of the site. However, by doing so you are granting us a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publicly display, edit, translate or publish such Content. Unless otherwise specified, the authors of the literary and artistic works in the pages in this web site have asserted their moral right to be identified as the author of those works.

9.Contributions to CzechAddress

9.1. If you submit any contribution to CzechAddress (text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Publisher a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution.

Conclusion

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes
